HAMSTRING FROM HELL CRAMP
TweetHoly Fuk this is the 3-4 time ive had this cramp sneak up[ on my and I scream like a little *****,lol my whole leg goes into melt down electric shock and wont bend,.holy fuk that hurts.Yes it only happen on leg day.I think I need more water

TweetIt happens to me in my calf sometimes and can't bend my foot back for a min. or two. So I'm stuck there on my toes like a big ass ballerina.
