Tweetthat sucks. sounds like low cost housing trash. That's why it's worth it to pay the extra buks to live as far from that type shit as possible. Then even if you have renters around, it's a totally different breed of folks.
Tweetthe house across the street has been vacant since i moved to the neighborhood. well, we have some folks moving in from cali. i went to meet them today they just complained about how they dont like it here. they have 3 teen sons with shitty cars that are gonna be parked in front of my house and one guy had his stereo on with a real loud bass i could hear in my house. i hate to start off bad. but they are renters and we all know how that goes. i want to be nice but i am sure i will have problems. by august 31 i can assure you that stereo is gonna be thumpin in the middle of the night i am gonna walk out and ask him to turn it down real nice and he is gonna get stupid and i will have to kick him in the face. i have nothing but a bad feeling about these folks. damn i hate renters. there are already beer cans in the front yard. working for health and code i will ticket them mercilously if they fuck up this great place to live. i have let many code violations slide by as i do with most properties but if they piss me off i will hammer them on every detail where they are paying more in court cost than rent.

I gotcha. When you said "renters and we all know how that goes" I thought it was something you were used to seeing where you live. I have property in my home town, but I do contract work in a very large industry. Jobs usually go for about 2-4 years so we rent in whatever city we're in. What I was getting at earlier is when renters are paying around $1000, $1000+ you don't really encounter the same bs as say apartments at $450 a month. But like you said. Sounds like a bad apple in the bunch.
