Tweetany time you get a cold, get your ass to the gym and sweat it off, very easy to do. don't let it get to you, I know it sucks and it makes you weak or not wanting to do shit, but it's good to sweat it off...
TweetI caught a cold this week and Im on my 7th week of my cycle. I felt like shit all week long, I didnt feel like working out. I always said to myself tomorrow but I didnt. I still ate my 6-8 meals a day and my 300gms of protein. Would this have any affect on my cycle. I feel sorta weaker and not bigger. What do u guys think, any similar experiences.

TweetI agree w/that to a certain extent. Some things you can sweat out, some need rest. Trust your instincts and make sure you need rest and not self disipline.
TweetTRUE...but anytime you have a cold, it IS good to sweat it out...unless you have some high ass fever, then stay your ass home.Originally posted by Scottexercise

Tweeti know i never do this taking a break when i get sick but i felt like if i couldnt train this past week. Before I would get sick and still train but this was different. I felt weak and shitty. But ya tomorrow Im gonna hit the weights again.
TweetBe careful, there is a fine line between getting rest and being lazy.
