TweetThat's going to boil down to a You try it situation. I understand the philosophy behind it, but I don't notice shit from it. I have an appetite already maybe thats why.
TweetIs it worth the hassle of injecting 1000mcg or so everyday? Are the benefits really that pronounced? Increased energy levels? Increased appetite?

Tweetyes the bennifits a very noticable if your taking enought ......also depends on if you drink alcohol ......alcohol takes it right out of the body......
TweetI've had big arguments on the boards about this before. I know of no literature to support injecting B12, unless you have a deficiency or are unable to absorb it.
Tweettry it and see for your self ........with out drinkink alcohol when you doing it ...you notice a diffrence
TweetI have noticed that I am not getting sick as much since being on B12! I used to have a low imune system. I used to get the flu or cold every couple of months but since taking B12(about 6months now)I havent been sick but once. Other than the test flu I was getting from my enanathate!
I live in my own little world. But it's OK. They know me here

Tweetb12 is ok. for the cheap price you cant go wrong so try it and see
Everything I say is my opinion and should not be listened to by anyone.

TweetI've tried the pills and noticed ZERO!
That's why I'm just wondering if the injectable version is worth giving a shot. I mean, if the benefits of B-12 supplementation were so great wouldn't I have atleast noticed a little something from the tabs?
TweetPossibly, the difference is in IM injections compared to poor absorption through the GI. Many vitamins taken orally don't absorb well. Some will pass through the GI tract intact.Originally posted by HeHateMe

Tweetno the pilll form is distroyed threw digestion
Tweetso wouldnt plugging it work? im not gonna be the one to experiment.Originally posted by buyb12
no the pilll form is distroyed threw digestion
but through experience, and scientific literature, injectable b12 is hit or miss. normally on the hit side though. it depends on genetics and diet. if you have a great diet with plenty of b12, the injectable wouldnt do much. but most of us lack enough b12, so i would say try it.
TweetIt's inexpensive, give it a try, your not out much if you don't like it. You don't have to use it on regular schedule to benefit. I have shot every so often when I need a energy boost.
TweetPills are enough for me. Course w/ADD and an appetite, already have plenty of energy and no problem eating.
Tried the injections a few times, IMHO, if you are deficient, you should notice alot, if you already eat well and supplement well, results would not be as dramatic.
Although when you consider price and results, it is definitely IMHO a must try supp, cause if it works well for you it's a bargain compared to other supps.
