TweetFina did that to me along with some insane back pumps. When I was on fina, I'd have to lay on the floor after heavy squats and good mornings!
Tweetare phucking killing me. I just walked a mile down to the deli and then back. By the time I was almost back my knees and shins were killing me, if I was not walking with someone I would have stoped for a bit!
Dam winny!!!!!

TweetMan, i loved tren when I was on (aside from those damn debilitating back pumps) just lost too much strength after I came off, kinda messed with my head a little. Just thinking about those pumps makes me wanna go stretch and lay on some ice, lol!
Tweetbrother, get GLUCOSAMINE CHROND......and opsss...u are tooooooooooooo big
TweetYou need better shoes. I used to get shin splints as a kid a lot. Now, I buy top notch shoes to run and train in and I never have problems. I usually get New Balance because they have the best arch supports. I also put cushioned soles (the good ones) in my shoes and change them out every few months. It makes all the difference.
Tweeti have not had this till i started winnyOriginally Posted by T-Man007

TweetDamn it you're scaring me! I'm about to start winny in a month! I've got ankle problems, shin problems and elbow problems already!!! I guess winny won't help much eh?
TweetInteresting. Ever ran winny before and had this? Either way, that does not surprise me. Winny is notoureous for making tendons brittle and I can only imagine it gets worse as we get older.Originally Posted by BIGMOFO
TweetAre you on EQ? If not, get on it or get some tbol instead. I learned the hard way that winny is harsh on tendons. I messed up my rotator, patella and tricep tendons. And not evenly either. It was my right rotator, right patella and left tricep. Messed me up for a long time. It was about 10 months before I could train hard again without pain. My last one I did EQ and took winny and had absolutely no probs at all.Originally Posted by supasaiyan99
