ANYOME EVER HAVE BREATHING PROBLEMS FROM USING GEAR . I SOMETIMES JUST CANT CATCH MY BREATH AND WHEN I KICK BOX WE DO A VERY STRENUOUS CARDIO WORK OUT AND I GET MY HEART GOING BIG TIME AND I FEEL LIKE I CANT CATCH MY BREATH. ITS A VERY SCARY FEELING WHEN THIS HAPPENSI DONT KNOW IF I'M PUSHING MYSELF VERY HARD OR COULD IT BE MY CARDIO JUST ISNT THERE YET. HOW LONG DO YOU THINK IT TAKES FOR A PERSON TO GET REALLY GOOD CARDIO. MAYBE I'LL GET A CHEST XRAY TO SEE IF SOMETHING IS WRONG.TONIGHT WE DID SOME DIFFERENT INTENSE STUFF AND I COULDNT FINISH.I ALSO READ ABOUT HYPERVENTILATION

I have the same thing. I get short of breath pretty easy it seems. I'm sure not doing any cardio in years has something to do with it, but neither have people that are doing similar work and don't run so short of breath. And they're not as fit as me. So I think it might be something to do with gear. I also really give effort my all, and don't hold back, where others might pace themselves. I still think it could be gear related though.

Which reminds me. You might have to pace yourself at times. It sucks because you really have to bring the pace down to keep your breathing out of that almost panic stage. Just try holding back some, and when you need to show out, give it everything you got. Just know what's coming after and walk away, put your hands on your head, and catch your breath and let that heart rate catch up.

does it have to do with the gear yes and no. The gear doesn't cause the breathing problems what causes the breathing problems is that your body is carrying more weight then it was intended to so it's going to take longer to get your cardiovascular system use to it. Think of it like running with a pack on. It's going to take longer to get in good enough shape to run 5 miles with a pack then it would if you were just running with no extra weight. To your question of how long does it take for a person to get really good cardio, this depends on the person, some people gain cardio capacity faster than others and naturally have better cardio levels. However i believe that no matter how much cardio you do and how long you have been doing it you could always have better cardio. think of marathon runners or sprinters, when they finish a race they are gassed, if they had better cardio they would run better times even though there cardio is second to none.

Definately on tren for me as well. Usually I'm gassed a bit while on a good bulker, but I agree with the above that its just the added weight. It usually goes away after a few weeks of good cardio. Now with tren, like right now, I'm running tren/prop and I'm gassed all the time. I mean it feels like walking up a flight of stairs is going to kill me, but yet I can get on a treadmill and run for an hour and be fine.

I know that added body weight can cause this, but i've been hovering around my weight for a while, as in a couple years, so I'm thinking that there might be more to it than just body weight.

I put on a solid 10lbs over the last couple months and can't say that I've noticed a difference.

...I'm sure that getting your cardio system in top shape would help. Have you never had a cardio session in your routine?

Welp, Test alot like tren will have this effect imo, the body weight, the gear all come into play..............and it sounds like that style of training lends itself to you having to hold your breath during punches and strikes which will amp up the need for oxagen in a hurry, see what i'm sayin here?, unlike running where you are continually breathing, i have this problem with the cage fighters i train. They are constantly working on breathing whilst fighting.I'd start there first, does this happen if you do any other types of cardio?

It happens just a little bit ahen I rep out 315 on the inlcine. so after I do a set of 10 i'm just a little winded and then I get nerveous a little. Then i'll walk with my hands on my hand back and forth and it passes. I trained with a national leverl guy the other night with cardio then wjhen he left I got the master and he kicked my ass then I just gassed and couldnt do m uch after that.
