Federal Judge Rules Ban on Gay Marriage

A U.S. judge in Boston has ruled that a federal gay marriage ban is unconstitutional because it interferes with the right of a state to define marriage. Opponents of gay marriage immediately denounced the ruling as the work of a ‘rogue judge’ and noted that voters have consistently rejected gay marriage at the ballot box, including in a recent California vote.

TweetI concur, state's rights are a very important role in our country. This is why the Chicago gun ban overturn is so controversial. I am a huge gun rights activist, but at the same time a state right's activist. I just won't ever live in a state that has no gun rights.
