TweetA teaspoon of creatine is typically 5 grams. I take 1 scoop preworkout and one Intra workout. Then I don't worry about it on my off days. Just what I choose to do and works great for me.
Tweetapparently the Creapure and different brands all claim different amounts due to absorption rate...i like taking approx 5g/day with a gallon of water...now, i don't always consume that much water but when i do, i see the best results...
And I def incorporate creatine into pct/off-cycle to help spare some gains
TweetI have 1000g of creapure and 6 backs of isolate protein. I really hate taking supps because I'm lazy. Always find time to make a quadruple cheeseburger though...go figure.
Tweetoh boy can i relate to this! Creapure is probably one of the best kinds I have taken...I used to love Cell-Tech back in the day, but I too am lazy as hell and forget to mix everything every single day
