TweetAnyone use this or something similar. My stomach has been tore up for weeks. Looking for something anything that could help.
Sadly I attribute most of it as idiot error and not drinking adequate water.

TweetGuns is right, I do that but I still use the probiotics as that is the good bacteria your gut needs. Get the organic apple cider vinegar if you try it
