i weigh 183 and bench 250 or so, nothing great but ive only been working out for a year... And i just got my bodyfat checked today(by a personal trainer and using calipers) and it was 7%!!! no joke

TweetThe last time I bench pressed, I was in HS competing gymnastics, we used to bench 2 times a week after practice. I was 5'2, 125 lbs.. I would press 75lbs. I bet if I did it now, I'd be a lot stronger. I should try.
I still squat, which I do 155lbs - 3 sets of 12 reps.

I laugh when I do squats because all the guys stop lifting and watch me... my legs don't look like I could do that much weight. :p
