Okay, I think at this point in time I’ve spent enough effort and research to allow myself a major rant on this board. Finished reading Fuzo’s wifes’ thread a few minutes ago.

Really bothered me a lot because I have been keeping track of all the things that can go wrong on cycle. Why am I doing this? Because this is the third phase of my research before I start. And research meant that I searched Fuzo's threads and READ THEM.

In particular, I read a lot of newbie questions to see what can go wrong because for first timers, if you can f**k it up, it usually will be a monster f**k up. That being said, you all should read this link first:

      https://www.fitnessgeared.com/forum/s...threadid=20684

      (Anabolic Section)

Then read the thread posted by his wife (General Section).

This guy’s entire body was going septic from an infection.
      Read the responses.
See anyone saying: Dude, doctor ASAP?

I am not a fu*king doctor, I am not slamming anyone who replied on that thread, but for Christs’ sake YOU CAN DIE FROM THIS SHIT!

Does anybody like get it yet?

To all those who participate in this sport:
Not only research, but a safe, reliable source of medical treatment in case something goes wrong is maybe the one thing that will save your life.

I realize I can get carried away, and yeah, I’m a lot older than most of you, maybe a little more cautious because I have a lot more to risk and lose, but:

DON’T BET YOUR LIFE ON SOMEONE ELSE'S’ INFORMATION AND DON”T BE SHY ABOUT SEEING QUALIFIED MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS.

I don't usually write like this, but I just got me.

Okay, rant over and mods you can delete this or do whatever you want.

      Sorry for this.

Hope I do better next time.

its hard to diagnose for a doc because 9 times out of 10 the guy is not going to tell the doc he is shooting gear so they will call it a viral infection and tell them to go home and get rest or give them a course of mild broad spectrum antibiotics which may help in some cases but a deep anerobic bacterial infection is very hard to get rid if. my two cents are if you get like fuzo dont play with it. go to the doc tell him what you are doing and what it may be. and just grin and bear it while he tells you how bad steroids are. are get well. also most of us go to great lengths to keep our gear sterile. the best way to prevent an infection is rubbing alcohol on the stoppers of the bottle before drawing with a pin that is not the same one you inject with and on the site you plan to inject. everybody please be safe. Jipped.

      I see your point Morgan.

However! For every post like that where there actually was a signifficant problem. We get 100 posts that arn't. Just people not used to test flu or post injection pain. If we told everyone to go to the doctor and in 99% of the cases we overreacted, we loose credibility.

What I'm saying is: I'd rather tell 5% of the population to go see a doctor and actually have them do it, instead of telling 99% of the population to go see the doc and have nobody listen.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
