  • I'm Baaaaaaack

Saw my doc last week and he said that I could start a little light lifting.
    So today, chest day-

    barbell bench
    dumbell incline bench
    flys

I'm using weights that a 14 year old (no offense) would use right now.

Ran two miles this morning after that, didn't set any world records, but boy it felt great!

Hopefully after a couple of weeks, I can start going heavy and eating again. Lost about 25 pounds altogether, mostly all muscle cause I still can't see my lower abs yet.

      Morgan,

      You go.

One of my proudest days in the gym was walking in amongst the behemoths and struggling for ten reps with just "the bar", knowing full well it was my best.

Also, became very intimate with 5 and 10 lb dumbells for over two years.

Mix it up, be happy, go slow and grow.

      Good Luck

Morgan- My Bro is doing ok he started catching pneumonia and his lungs were filling up with fluid, which is not good. The Doc said that if they fill up then it would not be good and he could die from it. I was up there over the past weekend and stayed with him in his room. I had to feed him and everything else. I even had to help him cough because he cant on his own. I had to press on his chest and stick a suction tube down his throat when he had to cough. He did though start getting better on Sunday. He hadnt slept at all in 8 days but the Doc gave him a heavy dose of some type of sleeping medication on Sat. night and he slept for 18 hours. And when he woke up he seemed to feel better and was actually moving his arms a little.
