I can tell you the scenario, they are messing around and she is all into it... then he wants to have sex and she doesn't want to go that far and then he jsut keeps telling her how she'll like it and goes along, but is a little fearful of saying no.... which is forced sex... TweetThe information that she tried to OD has nothing to do with if he did or didn't do it. If she said no then he should have stopped. The only problem is who do you believe. Kobe has lied during this whole thing. Is she telling a lie? Until it all plays out we don't know. I for one am holding my opinion until I have more info.

what did he lie about? he turned himself in when the arrest warrant was issued before he was even charged. he admitted to adultery when the charges were filed against him. am i missing something here?

all i know is, you are a young woman - you finish your work and voluntairly go up to an all star's room. you're there for 45 minutes. then you go home. then the NEXT day you go to the police? if i were sexually assulted, i would have ran out of the f*ing room and gone straight to the hospital or police immediately.

and i personally think that her OD has a lot to say about her overall mental state and mental stability. personally, i think it decreases her credibility.
