Tweetif you got one that dosnt have 2 settings on it it will show a weight trainer much higher than it really is. there should be a button that switches between atletic build and regular. a buddy has one and it is accurate within 2%give or take but it fluctuates with hydration. just get some calipers.

This scale has no athlete/normal switch. Om gonna take it back and get one from a different store. It says my 4 year old daughter has 48 % bf. Shes 3' 7" and weighs 42 #'s. I have trouble believing that her bf is that high

Tweetmy buddy has a tanita scale it has the switch and cost about $95 it is not nearly as accurate as calipers but gets you in the ballpark.
