    Never buy a scale from walmart. Dont buy their body fat scale. It says Im at 33%. I'm 6'3" and weight 286. If I lost 25% of my bodyfat I would be at 216 lbs. That is bullshit. There is no way I need to lose 70 lbs to be ripped. 40 lbs at most. Never buy a scale from walmart. Biggest piece of shit ever. If I was 216 lbs I'd look like a

    What do you think you are at now BF%?

    would you not think that it could be right, maybe off by 3-5% or margin error?

      I think its off by 10%. I think my bf is at 22-25%

        if you got one that dosnt have 2 settings on it it will show a weight trainer much higher than it really is. there should be a button that switches between atletic build and regular. a buddy has one and it is accurate within 2%give or take but it fluctuates with hydration. just get some calipers.

          This scale has no athlete/normal switch. Om gonna take it back and get one from a different store. It says my 4 year old daughter has 48 % bf. Shes 3' 7" and weighs 42 #'s. I have trouble believing that her bf is that high

                my buddy has a tanita scale it has the switch and cost about $95 it is not nearly as accurate as calipers but gets you in the ballpark.
