Tweetyou using crystal or powder?
TweetHow long does it take DNP to start working? Is it only working when the extreme sweating kicks in? I ask because I would like to run it for 3-4 days at a time (before the sweating gets HORRIBLE), 10 days or so (7 without, 3 or 4 with). I figured this might help shed fat while still making great gains. Also, what kind of doses of DNP has anyone used? I've used 500mg/day, and I honestly feel that if I was to only go for 4 days at a time I would probably be ok with 750mg/day split evenly throughout the day (every 8 hours). Would this be relatively safe and would I burn more calories at a higher dose? Any comments on either? And please only comment if you've actually used DNP.
BTW, I've used DNP before so please don't try and "save" me.

Tweetis dnp anti catabolic?
Tweetnot really, but the VAST majority of calories it burns comes from fat. So it has somewhat of an anti-catabolic effect, since you can eat close to maintenance, but still be dropping fat without sacrificing muscles, and if on steroids, possibly adding muscle It's almost too good to be true...
Tweetok so i guess its not a good idea to use it during clomid....
ill bump this for u too for more inputs
TweetMany bros have ran it longer at lower dosages so they didnt have to go through the really extreme sweating. Obviously your not going to get away without sweating but IMO I think lowered dosages are a better and safer way to go.
Tweetwhat the hell..I just responded to this, but my post dissapeared...
anyway..I agree with spiderbaby

TweetI think dieting is a better way to go. Or even clen/T3. No fat loss is worth putting your life on the line. While on DNP you are constantly teetering on dehydration on exhaustion. I drank up to 2 gallons a day, and was still thirsty. Cell death sound appetizing? Not to me. Many people think that DNP helped speed up Dan Duchaines early demise. And 750mg a day? Thats nuts. Crystal for me is 2x as strong as the powder. So it would be like 1500mg of powder. Thats f-ing insane. I have ran two DNP cycles, got good fat loss, but never again.

TweetI much prefer longer duration, lower dosage with regards to dnp. However, you will certainly get results doing that much dnp for 3-4 days. Hell, if that's what you want to do, go for it. Either way, I think you will be pleased with dnp. And btw, I much prefer powder over crystal, it's much more forgiving.

TweetThere is waaaay too much misinformation about dnp. It's nowhere near as dangerous as some people would have you believe.Originally posted by prolangtum

when that happens again, just hit your "Back" page...That'll fix it for you.
TweetDefinately, to each his own. I just believe that some people here see DNP the same way "regular" people see steroids. They seem to overemphasize the negatives and don't realize MOST drugs can be used safely. I just tend to get a lot of comments from people whose knowledge of DNP consists of "XXX said it was dangerous." I'm just trying to formulate my own opinions.Originally posted by prolangtum
