      NOPE, risk of going hypo is too high. only in the am and postworkout for me. some do it pre or during but you really have to know what you are doing.

      I plan on going 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off on slin for the entire year....along with a year long cycle of test and tren, winny and eq, cycle on and off....

      My experience with preworkout shots has been minimal.....the dangers with slin i feel have always been overrated. If you know what you're doing and have experimented with slin enough to know your body and the feeling of hypo, you should never have a problem. My 2 cents...

      I agree.....you misunderstood me, the only thing i will be doing for 52 weeks is test and eq......winny and tren will alternate every 6 weeks.

      I have taken my shot before workout wicket pumps, i timed it so the Humulin-R would peak right after my workout (about 2 hours after the shot) i also consumed a Dextrose & Maltodextrin mixed with protein drink through out my work out (about 80gm worth of carbs) and i use 6-8iu...XXL

      Pre workout slin is a bad idea really. The carbs in your system will be trying to go into your muscles cells to be stored as glycogen, and by the time your near the end of your workout, you have barely any energy left. Then if you take a post workotu shot, you increase the chance of having a carb spillover and gaining more fat.

      I have tried it all with slin, preworkout, tried timing my peak with humalog, mixed humulin and humalog, did 2 injections a day, tried hypoglycemic induced GH release, DNP and slin, slin bridge, you name it, I tried it. What works best for me is simple. A humalog injection post workout, then drink your shake. No timing no waiting, in the grand scheme, it doesnt really make a damn bit of difference. Besides, you may get more pumps from preworkout insulin, but pumps do not equal muscle growth, alls it means is that you have a lot of blood flushed in that muscle area. I can do sets of 50, and get an insane pump, but i can tell you right now, i wont gain jack from that.

      This cannot be healthy. What does the of f part consist of? And why the need for such a long heavy cycle my brother?

      I only do slin pre workout, 10iu's drink a protein carb shake and go workout. I only use humalog so it is out of my system about the time I have finished and i can go eat a good protein carb meal. I have experienced great results this way.
