Just this weekend, 3 weeks after totalling 820 kg/1808 lbs RAW @ Insanity Meet, Andrej Mostovenko from Germany decided to put on a borrowed single-ply deadlift suit and see, if he could lift more than the current deadlift all-time world record in the 82,5 kg/181 lbs category. He managed to pull 362,5 kg/799 lbs, surpassing the current record of 360 kg/793 lbs, and attempted to pull 380 kg/838 lbs next, which he just failed to fully lock out.
