Met-RX vs EAS (Myoplex) vs ETC ??

TweetWhat do you think is the best protein shake out of those: Met-RX, Myoplex etc..

In the gym where I workout they mix only Myoplex Original`s and Deluxe`s .. you can have them mixed with Apple juice or Pine_Apple juice.. P.Apple tastes great, but when I wanna cut down on the sugar I mix it with water.

However, alot of people think that Myoplex completely sucks..and they could be right. Myoplex (if mixed well, and you have to mix it well) becomes so easy to drink almost like a water, or it becomes too thick almost like trying to drink down a jello. I do have Myoplex most of the time in the gym, and when I drink that stuff it feels like it goes down in my stomach giving me bloated stomach and kinda unconf. feeling..

Met-RX is surely more known that EAS and their Myoplex.. if you could choose between those two which one would be.. (you can also name your own fav. brand.)

Myoplex Original: Protein: 42gr. about 150 or 300 cals.
