Kucak has it right! Eat brother, eat, eat, eat. If your diet, trainig, sleep is in check you will build quality muscle. Im not one for complex cycles, so if you do a good testosterone i would suggest eq, because you will build quality muscle with it and keep most of it. Id suggest running the eq for at least 14wks, as it doesn't start to kick in for some till wk 6-8. If you want to add an oral, id try out the t-bol because it doesn't aromatize like dbol and you'll still gain the muscle and keep more of it post cycle. I can't suggest mgs, because i don't know how much youve used in the past.

Bro, you know your body better than anyone. Id up the cals to your current weight, and adjust them to gain during your cycle. You can keep growing until you decide youve had enough.. its up to you.

Fu-k deca bro! I will never do that aas again. Im strictly hg testosterone and the other aas as good as i can find in EQ. If you have everything in check it is also good to switchup on your workouts to shock your body. Maybe you are falling into a routine and you body need some change. Other than cal intake if everything else is good, try the testosterone at 600mgwk and EQ at 600mgwk and run it for 14wks, followed by good pct of clomid 100mg for 7days and 50mg the rest of the 30days and run the nolva 20mg all the way thru it. Iam using right now UpJohn Depo Testosterone which is a cypionate, with QV Bold EQ. Im running the Depo test at 500mg/wk if i had more id be doing 600mg and the EQ im doing 600mg/wk. Cypionate for me give me a fuller look while enathate give me a denser look. I know test is test, but this is what i notice with my body. If you want throw in the t-bol in about wk 5 when your test starts to kick in.

One more thing. You get your ass some good hg testosterone ( im talking Schering, Iranian, or Galenkia ICN) and a very good eq. Throw them damn t-bol in there around wk 5 at 50mg ed for 6-8wk, and you'll be a damn strong, bulked mofo! Trust me! You got to get that motavation going bro. Pick up that white ass of your and get going!
