I need some help tweaking this cycle before I begin. My stats: I am 44, 5’11”, and 220 lbs. At 11% BF. I have been cycling for 3 years now. I started out weighing 240 pounds with a 42” waist at 32% BF and I want to lower my BF into single digits.

My diet is 2000 calories per day spread over 6 meals in a 60-30-10 split of protein, carbs, and fat with at least 50% of those carbs coming from a PWO drink with 70 grams of protein and 50 dextrose carbs. I am training 5 days per week.

Here the cycle I am planning:

Weeks 1-16 tren acetate 50mg ED
      Weeks 1-16 propionate 50mg ED

Each one of these comes 100mg/ml so I plan to load ˝ ml of each in a 25ga 1” and have 1 daily injection. Did a 12 week cycle a few years back that involved 55 injections of 12 weeks so a high number of injections is no problem except for that darn scar tissue. I rotate out starting top-right and work my way down from delts to pecs to tris to bis to quads.

PCT will be Clomid at 200mg days1-3, 100mg days 4-14, and 50 mg days 15-28 assuming there is a “post”.

      Thanks Guys!

I can't find an "Edit" button anywhere to edit this post. Anyway, here's a link to my pictures when I 1st started in 2002 and one 17 months later. I weigh 20 pounds more now just haven't taken the time to take a new photo.

cycle is good, but your diet is not what I would like to see. 2000kcal is WAY too low. You need more fat as well.

What about changing the diet to 3300 KCAL which is my maintenance level? I could change the ratio to 50/30/20 for protein, carbs, and fat respectively. This is the ratio I have used for the last few years to add mass.

Thanks...And Have A GREAT 4th! I plan to lay around the pool and pig out on grilled "monster burgers" and Polish sausages. That'll will help raise those pesky fat calories.

      Have a good 'un,

Thanks...but I SURE wish you hadn't done the math on the injections.

112 doesn't sound too bad if you say it real fast.

      Thanks Again,

Lol, everyone who wants to get the quickiest muscle gain possible w/o wasting time "cutting" has already read the article. Everyone else who wants to "cut" and even use gear to (preserve instead of build) muscle can be my guest -- taking the elevator up and down, up and down to the top (instead of straight up) is fine by me. Do what you goto do right?

      Im bumping my thread now

+ Using any drug to lose fat is incredibly insane, especially when you can just do it w/ diet lol... or am i wrong? do you need drugs to cut BF? Some people will just insist though b/c they're too lazy to do things the right way.

Farrar, i think you got a nice ubild going. I say diet, and use that gear to build muscle and you got an even better phsique

I would say to stay at your maintenance cals, and ADD CARDIO rather than cutting any cals. Low intesnity cardio 30-45 minutes in the am on empty stomach should do good enough. Make sure your fats are good fats, and for macros 50/30/20 sounds good. If you insisted on cutting cals, I'd suggest no lower than 500 below maintenance, but really just adding the cardio and keeping your cals at maintenance should have a better effect and spare more muscle.

12% and looking damn good dude... I can think of plenty of ways for you to add muscle and keep BF off, perhaps even lose some as well

I added a current photo to the album you viewed earlier at https://photos.yahoo.com/jkf_mcse

I see a fat, 44-year old white guy. I was 30-50 pounds overweight from the age of 16-41 so gaining back the fat I lost is always on the forefront.

My understanding is that it takes 50 calories to support a pound of muscle but only 5 to support 1 pound of fat. So…if I eat 500 cals over maintenance on a 50/30/20 macro, I should gain 1 pound per week. And, if 75% of that is muscle {a better %?} then I would end up at 236 pounds after 16 weeks. And since I am now at 220 and 12% BF, 12 added pounds of muscle out of 16 total pounds would put me at 236 at 11.7%. What are some realistic numbers? If I am eating 3800 cals {maintenance is 3300} what can I expect to gain?

My problem still comes back to the point which is I perceive myself as fat. My thinking has been that if I get to 6-7% BF, eating 500cals over maintenance then would add a higher percentage of muscle and a lower percentage of fat. I know that I have made very little changes in the last year so any pointers you can give cycle-wise and diet would be appreciated.

      Thanks Guys and Gals,

      Farrar

Farrar, for protein at your weight I would go anywhere from 425-450+ Grams of protein per day.... for carbs... I would try about 250 and keep fats at about 70

that would be a good starting macro... Of course, you might have to change it and modify it to fit your needs.

NO processed shit, NO high HI carb shit (except PWO), keep a cheat meal once a week, etc..

CARB CUT OFFS!!! 4-6 hours before you go to bed STOP eating carbs co mpletely! after that only use FAT/PROTEIN meals this will help keep body fat off tremendously!

GREEN TEA - 6 bags a day minimum!! This stuff is truely the nectar of the gods, tomorrow when im not so tired iw ill pull up a million st udies proving it helps fat loss, helps endurance,a nd helps prevent a myriad of things. cant stress green tea enough.

Time Carbed diet.. they work very well.. you may gain muscle and drop fat ...

You know I HIGHLY recommend Iron Addict .. Hes not expensive and the gains you will get from him will probably far exceed gear. Im workng w/ him right now and im getting turely incredible results... let me know if you want his contact, i gurantee he will get you to your goals, so does he, or your $ back

You know i just dotn think Gear should be used to cut, I think your goals are acheivable naturally and if you wanna use gear you should probably use it to gain muscle.
