      ugh...

      So much for clen this cycle... I went for my first run on cycle today and i could barely get a half mile before my leg was completely cramped and my right foot was falling asleep. I usually run 15 miles a week but this is my first run this cycle because of some knee twinges a few weeks ago.

      I'm running a tren/prop/winny/clen cycle for functional strength and endurance and
      I'm assuming clen is the culprit here. This is my second week on cycle and i am taking l-dex to prevent any bloat from prop (which is minimal anyway).

      I guess no point in running the clen to be leaner if i can't keep up my cardio.

      Maybe a future clen user will do a search for clen and come across this thread one day and think twice if they need to be to run or do any serious cardio.

      On that note i'll add that this side effect can be dose related and is different for each individual. You're welcome to give it a go, but i hope that you don't end up like me...

      The prob is your using clen and winstrol together and its drying you out. Whats your water intake? Take some potassium and get some Gatoraide. You need to be drinking a hell of alot if your doing both and running. Id drop the clen. You don't want to run both together anyways.

      right on bro... but i don't start the winny for another few weeks (last 2 months of cycle).

      Should have been more clear on that...

      i'm gonna try the potassium though, and if that doesn't work, drop the clen.

      If you want try Champion Nutrition's Revenge. You can get it at dpsnutrition.com. I told GQ about it and he just bought some. He prob didn't get it yet though. Its a powder and will prob help with the cramping and muscle soreness. Just type Champion Revenge in the search box. They only carry one of the flavors, Tropical Mango, but its the cheapest ive found for that size. I also run alot like 15mile ew, but ive never had probs with clen running, only dbol, as it some how gives me shin pumps when running. Just make sure your getting alot of h20, till the Revenge comes.

      I've been running clen and havent gotten any muscle cramps whatsoever- Im sure its different for every individual, but I am drinking enough water and taking taurine, magnesium and potassium also. I do however get the stupid stomach cramp from running which Im still trying to figure out why, I think thats just because its been so humid here lately my breathing isnt quite right or something.

      I make my PWO shake with a triple dose of Gatorade Powder for my carb source and help with creatine absorption. I wonder if that's helping? I never cramp. Cardio I do early AM.
      There is no substitute for experience......

      It helps with the lactic acid, and will help with soreness, cramps etc. Its a powder drink mix, has alot of nutrients in it, and is relatively cheap. Hey Gess, take it easy on the running if your running clen and especially if its very humid out, as its easy to get a stroke. When i get like that i do a moderate jog or even a fast walk instead.

      Yes mick i got mine the other day and used it for the first time friday, the lactic acid was killing me for days because I took a 2 year lay off and just started hammering my muscles, I took it easy starting out again and gained 10lbs and strength went up, I knew it would come back so I didnt press it until recently to avoid injury........POINT BEING when I took it on friday after my workout it was noticeably different yesterday and today as far as soreness, yes it was still there to be expected after my lay off and intensity but I really think it helped a ton, no cramps or extreme soreness.....I used to just drink a big ass gatorade or powerade to spike my insulin and then take my protein about 15-20 mins later but ill probably just be sticking with this for a bit in replacement of the gatorade/powerade, it has plenty of simple sugars in it the ones you need to post workout.

      i run clen and do hours of cardio. i can put in a 2.5 hour session while runnning clen during swim season. the cramping is due to 1.) dehydration or 2.) its the pumps from the tren. make sure your not just hydrating with water get elyctrolites in there from gatorade.

      Thanks for the advice, yeah I think with this humidity lately I'll switch to brisk walking or maybe just a bike ride every morning

      a ton of info, thanks so much to everybody. I have actually been looking for something to battle lactic acid besides my diet, water and multi-vitamin. I am doing calesthenics monday wed friday mornings with a jog and strength training for functional strength/endurance tues thirs sat so overtraining is a bit of a concern... i really have to keep my eye on my body and listen to what it is telling me.

      Thanks for the heads up mick, i'll check it out tonight. I have a few things on my shopping list and tonight is internet shopping night lol.
