TweetYeah, i think you should still be taking some kind of 'natural' supplement even on cycle; it's -i think- even beneficial for you. Like bro Skarhead mentioned above (ALA, milk thistle and mltivitamin)Originally Posted by Skarhead

Tweetive supplemented with fish oil and vitamin c&e in the past and you are right I really need to get some more vitamin c&e.....ive actually been looking into alpha lipoic acid so I probably will pick some of it up as well.
TweetR-ala, Red Yeast Rice for lowering cholesterol and garlic odorless, Saw Palmetto for prostate, Green Tea for dexotifying, Fish Oil or CLA anything with the EFA's, Calcium, Vit C timed release, B-12 Complex IM, Holy Basil to balance cortisol levels, Glutathione or its precursor NAC, for cell recovery and helping in normal spermatoza. I take of course Multi-Vits, creatine with L-arganine, whey isolate and sometimes mix with soy isolate.
TweetSupplements are mostly crap. If they did anything, you wouldn't need gear. I do like a good multi, and it's hard to get your protein requirements without a good powder. Beyond that, it's all in the food you eat. Vitamins, minerals amino acids of every imaginable configuration, EFA's....it's all in there. If I get my 4,000 cals a day from a variety of clean food sources including plenty of protein and the rest split between good fats and mostly low GI carbsand veggies, hell...I probably don't even need a multi. Most supplemental bullshit gets lost in the shuffle. Ya wanna look great and feel great? Eat great.
There is no substitute for experience......
Tweeti disagree... there are many supplements that have been under a vast amount of research PROVEN to be effective.Originally Posted by muscle_n_blood

TweetI usually take a multi-glandular herbal supp. too. Helps keep the adrenals and everything stimulated and in working order.
TweetScrew research. Do your own research and find out what works for you. I have been doing so very effectively for decades. I'm 52 years old, and I'm bigger, stronger, and healthier than most guys on these boards. You can find "research" to prove anything you want, one way or another. You have to look a who is funding the study.Originally Posted by Skarhead
