TweetAny of you guys tried this yet? It's something that former navy seals started. It's functional training and is hard as fucking hell!!! Finished cycle and will train like this for about a month or 2 then go back on cycle. Not sure how i will train though. we are doing shit like hand stand pushups, crazy pull ups, etc!! My body is screaming at me!!
