      On my 5th week of 500mg Omna, 400mg Eq cycle and 25mg dbol ed (5 wks).
      This week I have been aching in my shoulders and elbows. At times the pain limits my range of motion. It is like a tendinitis or muscle strain. this is concerning because I wasnt able to do bi's in my workout tonight from the pain and even the chest workout was painful at times. I got some Glucosamine to take (1g/day). Will it help? What about taking an NSAID before the gym, anyone tried that?

      BTW. I have also had small cramping at times.
      500 mg Omna wk 1-12
      400 mg Eq wk 1-10
      25mg dbol ed wk 1-5

      throw in some flaxseed oil and some glucosamine and chondrite

      Try a combo of glucosamine and chrond(something, I can't spell)
      They are sold as a combo everywhere, Wal-mart, ect.
      It does take 4 wks for full effectiveness.

      Others may have other suggestions but I would take a full wk off.

      If you do real damage you will be off MUCH longer.

      Sounds like some rapid strength gains in a short period of time. Omnas and dbol puts lots of fluids in the joints, making you strong as hell which will cause alot of stress on connective tissue. Train upper-body every other day to relieve stress on shoulders. More days off.

      NitroG...rapid strength gains is an understatement! my max bench is up 55lbs. Once I realized this I didn't max out again for the fear of injury. I just go heavy not maxin out reg. But wouldnt the fluid in the joints aid you more and stop some of the aches and pains? That is what I understood as a plus of Deca vs Eq is that the Deca had more H2O retention, especially the joints.

      I work on 5 days on and 2 off schedule. Would you guys change it to a 3 or 4 on schedule? If so, would it slow gains?

      That's the beauty of the shit really working, but it doesn't matter your going to need more rest days if your training that heavy. If you don't take max rest days, when you loose all that water weight stand by for some serious problems with your joints. Shoulders are going to take the worst beating if your training upperbody consecutive days. Especially in a push/pull ....."chest", and then "back" the next day. Your pushing heavy one day and then pulling heavy the next which will put your shoulders in high risk of injury. And like I said especially when strength gains are so rapid, no time for connective tissue to adapt. More days off bro. Max gains, upperbody/lowerbody/upperbody/dayoff/upperbody/dayoff/depending how heavy and intense another day off/upperbody. It takes some years and plenty of injuries to learn to take days off.

      100mg of deca a week will do wonders for joints... u won't notice the pain at all...

      glucosamine does work to a degree, but it takes a long time till it kicks in.. i have to take it for couple of months till i start noticing a difference...
      if u want, get Triflex from gnc.. it's got Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate and Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)
      i take 4 tabs a day.. that's 2g of glucosamine, 1.6g of chondroitin sulfate, and 1.2g of MSN
