Tweeti use 20mgs eod, if that helps any
Tweetbeen lurking behind the scenes for some time. now i post in the time of need. hope i can get some help from the peeps at such a kick-ass board.
ok, here it goes...
my current cycle:
test e 500mg/wk1-20
eq 500mg/wk1-20
sust 250mgwk1-10...may run full 20 weeks
dbol 50mg/ed/wk1-6
tren 75mg/ed or 100mg/eod wk11-20 (haven't decided dose yet)
i'm starting the 4th week and have noticed some sore nips. i've started some nolva to combat gyno. i have only had to use nolva for pct.
my question: what's a good mid-cycle dose for the nolva? ed vs. eod? i don't want to hinder gains...i don't want bewbies either!
i know this is a long cycle. i have a few similar ones under my belt. i have upped the test a good amount in this cycle...hence the sore nips.
TweetMaybe try some liquidex at .25mg ed also.
TweetWhy are you running sust and test enanthate?
You really should pick one or the other. Or use the sust at the beginning of the cycle 1amp E3D, then switch to the enanthate.
But I guess it's a little late for that now..
For nolva, take 40mgs for 1 day, then 20mgs ED until gyno symptoms go away, and then 10mgs ED for the rest of the cycle.
Liquidex would be a good idea as well, but don't run both the nolva and liquidex at the same time.

Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
TweetWhy? Would the liquidex keep the nolva from doing its job?Originally posted by Got Gear?

Tweetit's all good. we can all learn together!Originally posted by Friggemall
yes, please elaborate. I'm running .25mg l-dex ed & Nolva 10 mg ed. Want to stop the nolva, but want to stop the l-dex because of shortness of breath even more.
Sorry trauma, didn't mean to throw another question in your thread.
TweetIt's not super-bad or anything.
An anti-aromatose combined with an aromatose-inhibitor can cause poor blood lipid profiles. There is such a thing as too much anti-estrogens in a cycle. Estrogen is needed and useful in the body at proper levels.
Basically, it can be too much which in turn could be unhealthy and hinder your gains.
I'd use the nolva and liquidex together until the gyno symptoms subside, then I'd drop the nolva and just run the liquidex.
