Instead i use rice milk with water for protein shakes and use the isolate, as it has very low to zero cholesterol in it. I also take red yeast rice caps. Each cap is 600mg I take one in the morning and one in the late afternoon or dinner. I have lowered my cholest. by 60pts. doing this. Also avoid refined sugars and do moderate cardio.
