Tweetlot of things are dangerous if not used properly...not sure about the sauna I couldn't see why it would be if you know your signs and take in carbs
Tweetbro the only thing i would worry about is mixing up the signals your body is giving you. are you going hypo or are you just really hot and feel light headed. i wouldnt do it just because you will sweat so much and if you are dehydrated you wont keep a level blood sugar and the slin will not be able to shuttle the carbs and protein efficiently which may or may not lead to probs. i am sure you can do it ok but would reccomend against it. when on slin stay in a controlled environment where you are aware of what your body is doing and cant get your signals crossed which will lead to probs
