TweetI f you want to go out to a club have some drinks catch a buzz and pick up women go for it.....dont make a habit of it but have some fun dude.....I would do shots instead of loading yourself up with beer and dont go overboard. I would nt do it more than once every week or two weeks. also dont let your diet and training suffer because of it.....have a protien shake you can down as soon as you leave the club..
