TweetTrying to lose this tire around my waist in time for summer. I have been on the clen for 2 weeks and on my second week of cytomel cycle which consist of Am and PM cardio. I see a little change but was thinking of throwing something in there to help it speed up and a few pounds of lean muscles. Which is a better cycle, (winny,clen,cytomel) or (eq,clen,cytomel) or both. Please share your thoughts. Thank bros.

Tweetyou run your clen and cytomel with it you'll put on some good lean muscle and rip up pretty good that is if you aren't like 18%bf or something if you are that high in BF% then just stick to a clean diet and cardio before you use AAS to aid in cutting

TweetLoL DO NOT do tren/prop/winy as your first cycle bro.There is too many sides with that stack to do as your first.Diet and Cardio would be your first bet with some Clen/eca I have no problems runing EQ by itself.

Tweetwell bro if you are 18% body fat just stick to your clen, eat clean and do hella cardio then when you get down to 12-13% consider a cutting cycle
