TweetWhat is your Body fat % ?
Tweetwhen you press in on your nipples, does it feel like there is a small pebble or cherry seed underneath? are your nipples "puffing" out at all?
Ditto on other ?'s from nitro and 71olds

Tweet15%.............I do feel several lumps about the size of marbles, but i feel these throughout my chest....
Tweeti have never heard of or had gyno (could be wrong) without the nipps getting itchy or sensitive first. the itchyness might be small enough to ignore but the sensitiveness in my case at least CAN NOT go unnoticed. then the lump always followed afterwards, and i was always able to get rid of it with nolva. just can;t let it get to far. i would keep nolva on hand and just watch it.
TweetIf the lumps are not in the nipple area and in the general mass area, then its probably fat deposits. Believe me, I've had gyno cut out on both nips and the lumps you decribe I have on my arms and back as well. Are they kinda medium hard and don't really hurt - mine are more of an anoyance than anything else and they really show when the body fat levels get low. A pic would be good tho............
TweetMy nips are a bit puffy, but it seems to come and go....they arent sensitive, the lumps arent tender, but i have this constant burning sensation in my chest area like icy hot.........its not really around the nipple are either.

The burning sensation is a new one on me. Now I could describe the pain from an injection of Bolasterone and Escilene or some thing weird like that - but just don't know of a burning in the chest. Hope ya figure it out..............
TweetIf the lumps are not sensitive to the touch then it's probably not gyno, although i'm not a doctor, and i'm sure there are incedences when the nipples are not tender. Honestly it's very hard to say. See a doctor if you're really worried, or just get on some nolva... if it goes away then you'll know!
