I learn as much about healthy living on these boards as I learn anywhere else.
As for HRT, there is plenty of research that supports it for better health
TweetJUST CURIOUS- I JUST TOOK A TRIP TO THE TWILGHT ZONE ON ANOTHER FORUM- SEE I BEEN AOUND AS MANY OF YOU HAVE FOR A LONG TIME- TRAIN FOR DECADES, EAT RIGHT, YEAH I DABBLE IN AAS- HOWEVER I DONT STAY ON FOREVER OR USE EXTREMELY HIGH DOSAGES. I CONSIDER MYSELF ONE WHO PURSUES THE IDEA OF BEING HEALTH MINDED AND FIT. THIS WAS A TOPIC AND SOME KID JUST MADE A BLANKET STATEMENT THAT ALL OF US ACROSS THE BOARDS ,"ARENT HERE FOR HEALTH REASONS" "HORMONE USE MAKES YOU UNHEALTHY" .................. DO MANY OF YOU FEEL THAT WAY? I FEEL THAT EVERYTHING CAN BE ABUSED BUT ALSO BE USED INTELLIGENTLY TO ASSIST IN THE QUEST FOR HEALTH.

Tweetwhat a jerk this kid must be. Im a older man who started using aas in my mid thirties. thank god i did it has turned me around and i feel great. im not one of those guys cmpeteing and using a gram of every compound. I use test at a reasonable dose and find not a problem with it. I have learned diet and health tips from most of the boards ive been on. so a blanket statement that was for sure. you should have *****ed slapped him kets.
TweetAnything in excess is bad for u. Running a gram a week wouldnt be great for u nor is running 4 different compounds. Responsible aas use is no worse than drinking a beer every now an then.
TweetIronically many compounds were initially created for health reasons- of course until people abuse them or young kids use .haphazardly , Personally Ive improved many of my health conditions though my practices- moderate use has allowed me to recuperate more quickly and enjoy a very active lifestyle - ok a super human lifestyle lol. Alchohol use to me is poison at any rate - I cant even place AAS use in the same category
Tweetketsugo we should have a beer sometime and debate the use of spirits. lol jk
