Anyone train at Gold's Gym?
TweetI am thinking about joining Gold's Gym because one is opening up down the street from my house and I was just wondering if it is really worth the money. Right now I work out at a local gym that is not very large but has everything that you need minus air conditioning.

TweetGolds gym's are usually pretty good. Nothin special about them tho, and I find the membership kinda spendy..

they go to the gym to give us a reason to get in shape, you women who work out are a lot faster than you look.
