Tweetyou could try some creatine...it could help you gain 5 lbs or so...as for bringing in the six pack, otc fat burners such as Xenadrine or Hydroxycut would help...but trying to 'bulk' a little while cutting isn't the best idea in my opinion...it's just really difficult to do both at the same time...so i'd suggest trying to bulk a bit by lowering reps and training a little heavier for size, increasing carbs atleast some, and giving creatine a try until you attain the size you want...then i'd go right into a a cutting phase using one of the aforementioned fat burners
