Tweet?...yea...ummm, glad that works for ya...lol
TweetI waxed my truck a little bit ago and so afterwards I took my shower. In the hot months, I usually take cooler showers and just crank the a/c down and turn the fans on in my room so I don't bust out too bad of a sweat when I get out. Well, this time I turned the hot water off about mid shower when I was rinsing the soap off and that is the way to go, let me tell ya. Ahhhhhhhhh.....wow, that was refreshing! There are parts of your body that act as your thermostats sort of. If you cool them off, your whole system cools down. One is your head. I have one of those shower heads that you take off the hanger and can hose down all over really well with so it is great. I sprayed that cool water all over my head and ah, wow, I came back to life. I hit the other areas and I was a new man. Also, when I got out, I didn't go to sweating nearly as bad. From now on that is the way to go.

I LOVE BOOBOOKITTY...
Tweetlol....oh man, you just don't know. I've heard my pops throughout my days growing up mention that he takes cold showers and now I have seen the light.
Don't love it til you try it.
TweetI take cold showers everyday during the summer. I start it at medium (to not shock my system after me overheating) and after 30 seconds put it to full blast cold. I love cold showers. Nothing feels better.
I agree about certain areas acting like thermostats too. It seems to be any areas that are a crevice in your body act like a thermostat. But that would be logical, because being the it's a crevice, it retains the most heat since theres not as much room to breathe as more open parts of your body like your back, or chest.
Rep for cold showers!!
Tweetyep, that's exactly how I do it. Start off medium, then crank the cold. I used to leave the warm on slightly but it's getting cut all the way from now on.
TweetScrew that man. A cold shower turns my rooster into a chickadee! LOL.
