FINA..... mg to ml concentration???

TweetOnce you are done converting and you have the final product in the sterile vial, how do you know how many ml are in there exactly, how do you know how many mg/ml? This question pertains to 2 fina carts and a 4g kit.

2 carts fina, in a 4 gram kit. Should have 100mgs/ml, with 40 mls, less 10% loss. Your final product should be around 36 mls, give or take a ml.

I've always just kept track of how much I've run through the filter. You could use another empty vial, put it beside your fina vial, then fill it with water until the water level is the same as the fina level. Then use your 10cc syringe and measure out 10cc of water at a time until it's all gone.

Tweetwhat if you didnt measure while you were filtering, I guess you would have to draw everything out again and measure it that way. I guess I screwed myself and now have no idea what the concentration is?

MAybe contact the kit manufacturer and ask.

Or, ask someone else who's used to same kit.
