Tweet10-15iu's when bulking, 5-8iu's when dieting. It's all personal and diet-based anyway. I don't get over 10-11% no matter how much or how crappy I eat, but I will hold lots of water. As long as I only eat sugars in that post-workout shake and meal, and cut them out of the rest of my diet, I've never noticed any extra fat gain from slin, just an extra 5-8lbs.
