PCT can be run a few different ways..... I will outline on of the most common ways that it is run. If you don't want to do it this way, then it is easy enough to find an alternative way, by doing research.

2 weeks after your last shot of Test. Enth. you should be starting your PCT. The most common combo is to use clomid and nolvadex together. Clomid is run at 300mg day 1, 100mg day 2-14, and 50mg day 15-30. Nolva should be run with it at 20mg for the whole 30 days you are on clomid.

During PCT you should keep your caloric intake at or above the amount you would use for bulking. This will help you keep your gains, and stop you from going catabolic. Also you should train hard, so that you can keep your gains. Remember that you are not on any anabolics now, so you may have to bring your
volume down, and up your rest a little, so that you don't overtrain

a deca only cycle is not a real good cycle without test bro

Tweetyou really should have done more research before starting! first off... deca will shut your HPTA down.. without any testosterone in your body, you run the risk of "deca dick"... meaning you wont be able to perform sexually. how long are you planning to run this? how tall are you/ what is your bf%? also, you are still pretty young to be doing that

PCT means post cycle therapy... its basically getting your natural testosterone production going gain.
you should have read first, then started... you jumped the gun!

Tweethonestly... id stop now and hold off until you can get everything you need. get a few bottles of testosterone, some nolvadex or arimidex, and some clomid... how many bottles of deca do you havE>?

Tweetwell if you are taking 1ml every 4 days... then you have less than 6wks worth of deca on your hands... thats definitely not enough! the clomid, arimidex, and nolvadex should be something you can easily get from the person you got the deca from... they go hand in hand. you really should think about stopping now and waiting til you have EVERYTHING you need to start. deca for 6wks is a waste.

Tweetcommon first cycles including deca would be something like this:
500mg testosterone (usually enanthate or cypionate)
400mg of deca or so... you could use 300mg/wk and still see results.
for anti-estrogens either nolvadex or arimidex are good... id run 10-20mg nolvadex or .25mg arimidex everyday with that...
clomid for post cycle... wait 2wks and go 300mg day 1 100mg 10 days, 50mg 10 days.
