Tweetthis morning because of heartburn. Then I couldn't go back to sleep. I finally fell back out at about 5 when it's time to get up. I was so rested up too from finally getting enough sleep the night before, but last night negated that. uhhhg! I hate being tired.

TweetThe best thing to do to figure out what is causing your heartburn is to clean up your diet. For a couple of weeks eat protein and carbs like rice / potatoes / oatmeal. Then see how the heartburn does.
After a couple of weeks when the heartburn has all gone away, add foods back in like green veggies, then the next week another food group... keep doing this until something brings the heartburn back. Then you can decided which foods give you problems and which ones don't.
For me it's onions... they make me miserable. My ex husband was green peppers and sweets like donuts or cinnamon rolls.
Hope this helps
TweetI have acid reflux in the worst way. I've had it all my life. Some of my first memories are of me laying in bed wondering why my chest was burning up to my throat. So, if I forget to take my med for it, it's not long before I'm reminded. Which is very rare, but not fun when I forget.
