ok for the last couple of months i have been having this same reocuring problem. besides my shoulders being fucked up, i dont know what the fuck is wrong with me. i eat carbs all day im not low carbing so i know thats not the problem, when i train i get out of breath and my heart starts pounding really fast, i get dizzy my legs get soggy. i mean wtf can it be? stress? i dont think so because i always train my ass of in the gym to releive stress and anxiety. for example today i got to my 3rd set of dumbell chest presses when it started, i started shaking my strength bottomed out i got fustrated so i left. the same thing i been doing for the last few weeks. it seems like the harder i train the faster i get to this point.
any thoughts?

TweetWhat McKenzie said...
You cannot go directly to a specialist anyway... you have to start with the family doc.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

TweetPlease just make sure you see your family physician/general practitioner soon for evaluation and to be properly diagnosed/treated before something (accident) happens...like while working out, etc.
