Prop is not near enough. A min of atleast 100mg/EOD=350mg/wk which is still awful low. 150mg/EOD=575mg/wk is perfect.
EQ should be ran for atleast 12wks to be effective.Lastly 10 wks of orals is way too hard on your liver.
Take a look at this.
wk1-15 Prop 150 mg/EOD
wk1-12 EQ 400mg/wk
wk1-6 var 40mg/ED
wk11-15 winnie 50mg/ed
This is a solid cycle.
1. Yes this is the test dosage you want.
2. EQ should be 12wks min
3. prop then has to run to wk 15 to end as the same time that the long estered EQ does
4. running to wk 15 allows the nessacary gap in orals to protect your liver
5. 15 wks is not overly long and the length while allow your body to acommadate new muscle set point and increased time to lower BF so nothing drastic need be done.
With enough protein and proper diet and a solid training program you can grow AND drop BF.
You would be verry happy with this and dosages are still low and safe.
