Tweeti dont run any anti Es during a cycle i dont get gyno or bloat (lucky huh?) but i run nolva and clomid after.

TweetDex is not a post cycle drug, for 1-2 weeks maybe but not for recovery. Use a SERM for that, nolvadex and/or clomid.
I prefer dex while on cycle though over nolvadex.

Gyno - Nolva is a bit better.
Bloat - Adex much better.
Post cycle - Nolva better.

L-dex would be a proactive option to gyno prevention, Nolva more of a reactive way(could be proactive).
I run nolva for SERM benefits when running L-dex as well through the entire cycle, and Nolva/Clomid combo for PCT
