TweetIt depends? Were you seeing good results with the 500mg/wk in the previous cycle? If so i would keep it at the 500mg, if not then up to the 600mg.
TweetYou could also do something like run it for 8 weeks at 500mg, then run it at 600mg until week 16.
I agree with Mick tho.. if 500mg is working, why up it to 600mg?

I'd keep it at 500. The difference between 500 and 600 would probably be negligible anyway. Always try to get the most from the least.
