whats up guys, my girls friends friend just passed away of a heart attack supposedly a direct result from steroids, considering he was in his 20s. Anyway im about to start a cycle soon and am now a little worried. I think im going to buy a blood pressure monitor, what is a good blood pressure range? both numbers, also what is dangerous , and at what number should one stop a cycle. I have hawthorne berry anything else to help? Thanks for all the help, im just a little paranoid after hearing that news.

Do you have all the facts about his death? Not Questioning what you heard but ive rarely heard of steroids being the only cause of death. Recreational drugs usually play a part or some genetic pre-disposition.

Yeah bro . . .sorry to hear about your loss. Make sure you get the facts before you worry about your deal. Overuse and abuse at times has contributed to pre mature deaths brought on by conditions created (or helped along) by anabolic substances. However, as it has been said . . .It is unlikely that the gear was the the direct cause of death.
Anyway . . .we'll keep ya'll in our prayers and hope we can help.
      Peace

      Oh yeah . . .
CoEnzyme Q 10 is supposed to be good for bp. Good old fashioned cardio will help as well as long as it is consistent.

Well, 120 over 80 is the norm. I would start to be concerned if it get up to 160 or over. BP does flucuate. Oatmeal is good for lowering, i also take a garlic/parsley cap from Thompson. Any kind of anxiety or stress can lead to high bp. So try to keep yourself calm and stress management will help. I do not think you have to be concerned if you are just taking test and with other oil esters. Its when you get into high mgs or androl, tren, etc is when you can get into probs. You also have to look at family genetics also. Try not to let the little things in life bother you and you'll be fine.

If you are taking test, yes, heart attack can be a concern. You need to actively monitor your BP. Anything that makes you hold water will probably increase your BP. You either need an aromatase inhibitor or need to use drugs that don't aromatize or cause water retention.
