      just recently finished 500mg/wk enan dbol 30mgwk1-4 (1st cycle) Great results btw

      now im trying to plan out the next go around, i was thinking:

      150-200mg/eod prop weeks 1-13
      300-400mg/week deca 1-10

      and my question is should i run abombs or dbol for the jumpstart? I'm weighing in around 240 so i was thinking abombs at 100mgs/ed (wk1-5) or so. or dbol at 40-45mg/ed (wk1-5) what do you guys think

      EOD SHOTS OF PROP FOR 13 WEEKS GOOD LUCK AT THAT DOSE.IF YOU HAD GOOD RESULTS WITH THE DBOL STICK WITH IT. AND RUN THE DECA AT 400MG IF YOU RUN IT NO LESS THAN 400MG OF DECA EVER AND RUN THE DECA 12 WEEKS.

      My next cycle (I think - sketchy on the 8 weeks of 17aa orals):

      week 1-8 250mg sust eod
      week 1-4 50 mg a-bomb
      week 1-8 400 mg deca per week
      week 5-8 40 mg dbol (blue hearts) per day

      You won't need all the gear that you're proposing to pack it on. Eat about 5000 clean cals each day, and 350-500g protein, and lift heavy - you'll grow like a weed!
