Andf the first 6-8 weeks of anavar starting at 30 mgs and bumping it up as needed. You think i could gain10-15 lbs of solid muscle from this cycle? im about 190 lbs have done two cycles be4. And will be eating 5000-7000 clean cals a day. Thanks
