Tweet200 calories per day?? that seems pretty low for a cycle of EQ and test. Your gunna be starving!
TweetI just started:
500 tp 1-16
600eq 1-16
I dont need to gain much more muscle just retain, tighten up and lose fat. I want to stay at 200 cal and under. My avg protein shake is 60mg protein and 400 cals. Its hard to get 300+ of prtotein and stay at the calorie range. any suggestions?

I'm a Muscle Farmer....This years Crop is gunna be awesome.
Gyno is sexy!
TweetDon't worry about total calories!
Get a MINIMUM of 1g per lb of body weight. Perferably 1.5-2.0 grams of pro per lb!
Once you drop carbs down while making sure what carbs you get are quality carbs you will drop BF very quickly while perserving most of your leam BM.
Don't do this and your muscle loss will be servere.
Its better to eat a few more cals and do a little cardio.
Goodluck
Tweetmj,
Basically run that program alot.
Here's what I do, need too limit to protein shakes with few carbs, fresh veggies, and chicken and beef. That's about it on your options.
m1- isopure, 300 cal 50 g pro
m2- 9-oz ch. breast cucumber 280 cal. 52 g pro, cuke 0
m3 & 4 - same above
m5 - 8 oz beef, 2 piece rye bread, 810 cal. 76 pro.
m6- 2 scoop low carb whey 270 cal. 35 pro.
about 300 g protein, 2300 calories,
every few days up carbs and lower proteins to get fuel
for me unless I log meals, I can be off by 700 calories, etc.
good luck
and yup, you will not grow, just tighten all up
TweetI'm assuming that's a typo and you meant 2000 cals. Even so that's pretty damn low. I would start off much higher and slower lower. I can't even imagine eating that few cals unless I had been dieting for months.

This looks really good. Yeah
i meant 2000 calories mostly protein. I will go stock up on the items at the store. OHHH, I already have 2 cases of isopure packets....man they are 50g of protein but they are also like 50-60 grams of carbs a packet. I usually mix half a packet or 1/3 with low carb whey. I will let you know how its going.
good luck
Tweetbuy isopure in 3lb tubs yours sounds like a mrp, the chocolate is only 3g carbs 50g protein total 215 cals
strawberry 50 g protein no carbs. 200 cals
