At first it's kinda overwhelming... but you'll be surprised at how quickly you pick it up.
As for where to buy steroids... don't even bother right now. Take your time, make some posts, and earn the trust of your fellow board members. THEN ask for a source. ALWAYS run your source checks... and NEVER trust a source that comes to you. A good source lets people come to him.

1st. Read alot of post. Get to know what is going on.
2nd. Ask questions, you could help other learn by the things you need to learn.
3rd Never ask for a source on the forum. Find someone you can trust and check them out with the Mods.They are great for this.
Have your cycle layed out. Don't start and still be waiting for things to get there.

Tweetyou are too young for juice razor, train hard a few more years and then come back ha ha ha.
Most of the info on this board will help you. read through the old posts and you will see who the vets are and who seems to know what they are talking about. when you know (from reading) what the varisou choices are and what they can be expected to do (and what some of the sides are and what to take to combat that) sketch out your cycle and post it. if it is obvisou you did your research, guys will always take time to critique your cycle and maybe give you ideas/suggestions you didnt think of.

Tweetdo you have a goal yet? prbly bulk. this might speed you up. run a search on test. this will give you a ton of hits and also expose you to so many other options since it is the best base of any bulk cycle.
but do the search when you have lots of time on your hands. you'll get a ton of info.

Tweetfor a first mass cycle you can't go wrong with test.
again, you need to read up and ask questions for find what is best for you. most first cycles will look something like 500mg test per week and 30mg dbol.
dbol should be taken every 4 hours for about 4 weeks. for week 5 drop down to one tab every 8 hours.
as for the test, most start out with 8-12 week cycles. since it's your first, i'd go with the longer cycle since it will be your best.
i like test enanthate since you only have to inject twice a week. if you run something like prop, you would want to inject eod. the dbol is nice to get some quick gains. about 3-5 days for results. test will take 3-5 weeks in most cases.
based on this info, read up and see if it sounds like something you like.

Tweetcool im so excited man but i plan to listen to yall i would like to run my first cycle around june due to the fact it will give me plenty of time to research info and sources also i have about a month and a half off of work around that time where i can just go balls out imean im staying consistent now but i realy enjoy my dead time where i can get 9 hors sleep eat 6 times a day and hit the gym twice a day now i get about 6 hours sleep hit gym every 2 to three days and eat probly 3 meals and a protein shake i cant wait but ive been researchin all that has been said and apreciate the feedback i still dont quite understand when to take anti es during or after cycle and what should be takin with cycles ,?
