im dieting and training to compete in 2 figure comps ( 3 weeks out and 6 weeks out) and a freind told me about LCA 500. IM trying to add extra muscle (especially in the shouler area) and he said this would help me to burn fat and keep the muscle i already have.
Has anyone taken this, or have any feedback??

Tweetit won't hurt for the most part
i've used it often when cutting hard
like most sups works great for some so so others
it's cheap so it's worth a shot, although like turtle says it's a tiny part
Tweetit will help with metabolism and fat oxidation but thats about it. It won't hurt to add it to your daily regimine though its an affordable supp. think you can get it at walmart for under $5
