i agree...for the money, you can get a cheaper blend or blend yourself...i use casein and isolate seperate

Tweetbig fan of fast adn slow mixes. I just bought the new muscle milk called MonsterMilk. I used it in have servings. Love. Way less fat and carbs by using half serving but still get 25grams protein per serving. Also has BCAA, glutamine and creatine in it.
