Neck discomfort..

TweetIs anyone else having this problem. I don't have any pain in my neck I can move it around fine but I have to hand-twist my damn neck all the time.. it just doesnt sit in the right place..

TweetI had that problem for a while, but one day I just quit twisting my own neck and its been fine since. I know it sounds like a simple solution, but hell it has worked for me. You might want to try a chiropractor and let him adjust it for you, they are worth the money.
